At 10am AEST each day we will share a powerful camera confidence-building exercise in to the private Facebook Group and you will have 24hrs to complete the exercise. Set aside 15 minutes each day to do these.

Hi, I'm Rachel Dunn

When I pressed the submit button on Facebook with our first video advert 9 years ago I was terrified. I didn’t think my video was good enough. 🎬🎬

I was worried my video wasn’t filmed well enough, or as creative as the ones I had created for years when I worked for a TV station. I was also terrified because this video was the first video I stood in front of the camera instead of hiding behind the camera like I usually would.

I convinced myself that I belonged behind the camera and not in front of the camera. By never feeling like I was good enough, it attracted more and more evidence to support my beliefs. I wished I had of known back then how much this also affected everything in my life and business.

This is why we are so passionate to help women shift how they see themselves on camera. Let me tell you, everyone has a bad side and a bad angle. When you can see yourself from a new perspective, everything changes.

You are your own worst critic, and when you find a cause greater than you, this is where the magic happens.

Fast forward 9 years and this one video advert helped us catapult to the next level. If I kept hiding behind the brand, we wouldn't be where we are today.
